Key Responsibilities
-Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewall & VPN
-Install, configure & maintain desktops, laptops & servers
-Provide end-user technical support (hardware/software/email)
-Monitor system performance & resolve network issues
-Manage data backup & cybersecurity protocols
-Maintain IT asset register & documentation
-Support ERP/HRMS/CRM applications
-Coordinate with vendors for AMC & IT procurement
Required Skills-
-Strong knowledge of Networking & System Administration
-Windows Server / Active Directory knowledge
-Basic firewall & cybersecurity understanding
-Hardware troubleshooting expertise
-Cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure preferred)
-Good communication & problem-solving skills
