● required Technical Skills – IT Executive (1–4 Years)
● Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals,
and networking
● Hands-on experience with Windows OS installation, configuration,
and troubleshooting
● Working knowledge of MS Office / Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel,
Word, Teams)
● Understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi routers, switches, IP addressing,
and cabling
● Experience in user account management (email IDs, system access,
passwords, permissions)
● Familiarity with antivirus software, data security, and system
backups
● Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and
other IT assets
● Basic knowledge of servers, domain environment, and Active
Directory (preferred)
● Experience with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer,
Remote Desktop)
● Knowledge of software installation, licensing, and updates
● Basic understanding of IT asset management and documentation
● Awareness of data privacy, cyber security best practices, and compliance.
