Job Title: IT Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled IT Executive to manage the company’s day-to-day IT operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, networks, software, hardware, and providing technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot hardware and software.

• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.

• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network connectivity.

• Manage company email accounts, user accounts, and access permissions.

• Ensure regular data backup and maintain basic data security.

• Monitor and maintain CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and other IT devices.

• Manage software, applications, CRM/ERP systems, and provide user support.

• Maintain an updated record of IT assets and equipment.

• Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers when required.

• Ensure antivirus, operating systems, and other security software are updated.

• Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, repairs, and equipment.

• Assist in implementing new IT systems and technology solutions.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office

• Hardware troubleshooting and basic computer networking

• Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity

• Software installation and troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of data backup and cybersecurity

• Knowledge of printers, scanners, CCTV, and biometric systems

• Basic understanding of CRM/ERP software

• Knowledge of email configuration and troubleshooting

Soft Skills

• Good problem-solving ability

• Ability to work independently

• Good time management

• Patience while handling technical issues

Qualification

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Freshers can be considered depending on their technical knowledge.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

An ideal IT Executive should be someone who can quickly identify technical problems, provide practical solutions, maintain company IT systems, and ensure that employees can work without unnecessary technical interruptions.
