Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Maintain POS systems, printers, CCTV, biometric devices, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and installations.
Ensure data security and proper functioning of all IT assets.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, LAN/Wi-Fi, CCTV, and POS systems.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Working Hours
Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including break)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 rotational week off
