Key Responsibilities
Hardware & IT Management
Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of camera systems, servers, and related hardware.
Ensure smooth integration of IT infrastructure with surveillance and camera solutions.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during installation and post-deployment.
After-Sales Service
Provide technical support and maintenance for installed camera systems.
Conduct regular service visits and resolve client issues promptly.
Maintain service logs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Project Execution & Travel
Travel across India for installation, service, and client support.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time.
Provide on-site training and demonstrations when required.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong knowledge of hardware systems, networking, and server management.
Hands-on experience with CCTV/camera installation and troubleshooting preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
