We are looking for a IT Professional Trainer to join our team at at Katyayani Institute of Computer Education , contributing to provide software, data, or IT system development training and support to the students. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Train students in Java, SQL, CSS, and other IT subjects.
conduct practical sessions, resolve student queries, and monitor student progress.
Prepare and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations and Classroom sessions.
Maintain a ready library of PPTs, PDFs, Assessments, assignments, and practical exercises for teaching.
Create and update the study materials, tests, and academic content.
Manage and update the institute's website and ensure it is maintained properly.
Support students with hands-on learning and academic activities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience of IT Training or Relevant industry experience. Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Python, Java, Communication, CSS, Problem Solving, Teaching Skills, Excel / Advanced Excel and modern tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required. Excellent Communication, presentation and classroom management skills. Must have strong teaching ability with ready-to-use PPT's, PDF's, assessments, assignments and training materials. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
