IT Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CCTV surveillance systems from the office.

• Handle troubleshooting of CCTV software, DVR/NVR, and IP Camera issues

• Provide desktop and IT support for office systems

• Configure and manage networking, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches

• Troubleshoot network connectivity and remote access issues

• Maintain system performance and uptime

• Coordinate with field teams for technical support when required

• Maintain technical records and reports

• Support software installation and system updates

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance software

• Strong networking knowledge (IP configuration, routers, switches, LAN/Wi-Fi)

• Knowledge of desktop support and basic hardware troubleshooting

• Familiarity with DVR/NVR and IP Camera systems

• Willingness to learn advanced CCTV software and monitoring tools

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Networking, Electronics, or related field

• Relevant experience in IT support, networking, or CCTV monitoring preferred

• Office-based role only
