Job Summary We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure smooth operation of systems, networks, and software applications. Key Responsibilities • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and related software. • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies through Active Directory. • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. • Configure and troubleshoot VPN connectivity for remote users. • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi. • Manage and maintain firewall configurations and network security. • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software applications. • Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related issues. • Perform system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance. • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. • Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT service requests.
