IT Executive

Install and maintain computer systems and networks.

Perform system and network administration.

Provide network security & remote support as and when required.

Should have knowledge and experience of configuring Windows Environment (DHCP, DNS, FTP, Group Policies, IIS).

Should have knowledge of antivirus installation configuration and update.

Good exposure and hands-on knowledge in currently used Microsoft Operating Systems including migrations, upgrades and troubleshooting etc.

Good working knowledge of Excel and MIS handling.

Set up and maintain printers/LAN/DataCard/dongle/CCTV/biometric/ISP/network at the corporate office, warehouse(s), outlets and other locations identified by the company.

Handle daily operation of PC/printers/LAN/EDC POS and troubleshoot any IT-related problems at the corporate office and outlets.

Maintaining and updating the list of IT equipment and details of servicing and repairs and replacements.

Schedule preventive maintenance of IT equipment at corporate office and other locations of the company.

Perform periodic maintenance and backing up of all desktops and laptops assigned from the company and maintain up-to-date record of these.

Liaise with vendors/suppliers regarding IT products/services, purchasing and hardware maintenance etc.

Cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the IT infrastructure.

Coordinating with the concerned team during movement of IT equipment from corporate office or warehouse to outlets or outside locations

Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities.

Undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

candidate should have a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence and should be willing to travel to all the locations of the company, if there is a requirement. Need to be flexible as per job requirement.
