IT Executive

We are looking for a IT Executive - IT Support to join our team at at Ah Dream Service Private Limited, contributing to software, data, or IT system development and support. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

What You Will Do

• Act as the first point of contact for internal IT support.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and system-related issues.

• Manage laptops, desktops, mobile phones, printers and other IT peripherals.

• Configure new laptops, systems and mobile devices for employees.

• Install, update and troubleshoot operating systems and business software.

• Provide support for Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, Outlook and other workplace applications.

• Handle basic server monitoring, connectivity and troubleshooting.

• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, DNS and DHCP issues.

• Manage user accounts, email setup and basic access requirements.

• Maintain IT Asset Register and track allocation, return, repair and replacement of devices.

• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for hardware, software and networking issues.

• Maintain IT support tickets, issue logs, documentation and reports.

• Support employee joining, transfer and exit IT requirements.

• Assist in implementing IT policies, antivirus/security updates and system maintenance.

• Escalate complex infrastructure or server issues to the appropriate technical team.
