Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with prior experience in the printing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with design software, and the ability to create print-ready and digital creatives as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative artwork for print and digital media

• Create brochures, visiting cards, hoardings, and marketing collaterals

• Prepare print-ready files with correct colour modes, bleed, margins, and resolutions

• Work closely with internal teams to understand design requirements and timelines

• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design outputs

• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of designs

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign

• Strong understanding of printing processes, layouts, and colour correction

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (preferred)

• Good creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Designing, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field

• Candidates currently pursuing any course are not eligible

Compensation:

• Salary up to ₹25,000 per month

• Final salary will be based on skills, experience, and interview performance

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Willingness to work from the office (Noida location)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Prior knowledge or experience in the Printing Industry is mandatory

• 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience
