Frontend Developer (Angular / React)

Role Overview

The Technical Architect will be responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end technical

architecture for large-scale enterprise and government digital transformation projects involving ReactJS,

NextJS, NodeJS, Flutter, and multi-database ecosystems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and

other NoSQL platforms).

With 8–10 years of IT experience, including strong solution design and system architecture expertise, the

Technical Architect will ensure scalable, secure, high-performance, and highly available full-stack web

and mobile platforms deployed on AWS and Microsoft Azure.

The role demands hands-on architectural leadership, technical governance, design validation, risk

mitigation, and close coordination with Project Managers and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design Governance

● Define end-to-end system architecture (Web + Mobile + Backend + Database + Cloud)

● Prepare and approve High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents

● Define microservices architecture and distributed system design

● Ensure scalability, modularity, and maintainability of applications

● Review code architecture and enforce best practices

Frontend Architecture Oversight

● Define enterprise frontend architecture using:

○ ReactJS

○ NextJS (SSR, SSG, SEO optimization, performance tuning)

● Establish reusable component libraries and state management strategies

● Ensure security best practices (XSS, CSRF, OWASP standards)

● Guide UI/UX technical feasibility and performance optimization

Backend & API Architecture

● Design NodeJS-based microservices architecture

● Define API gateway, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and RBAC mechanisms

● Establish API documentation standards (Swagger/OpenAPI)

● Ensure high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services

● Define caching strategies (Redis or similar)

Mobile Architecture Governance

● Architect Flutter-based cross-platform mobile applications

● Define offline sync mechanisms and API integration patterns

● Ensure secure mobile communication and encryption standards

● Guide app deployment architecture and performance optimisation

Database Architecture & Data Strategy

● Design and validate database architecture for:

○ MySQL

○ PostgreSQL

○ Oracle

○ MongoDB

○ Other NoSQL platforms

● Define indexing, partitioning, and query optimisation strategies

● Architect replication, clustering, and high-availability solutions

● Establish backup, DR, and business continuity frameworks

● Ensure data governance, encryption at rest and in transit

Cloud & Infrastructure Architecture

● Architect deployments on Oracle Cloud

● Design scalable infrastructure (Auto-scaling, Load balancing, CDN)

● Define cloud database services (RDS, Azure Database Services)

● Establish monitoring and logging standards (CloudWatch / Azure Monitor)

● Optimise cloud performance and cost efficiency

DevOps & CI/CD Architecture

● Design CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / Azure DevOps)

● Define branching strategy and release governance

● Support containerised environments (Docker/Kubernetes preferred)

● Ensure infrastructure-as-code practices

● Guide blue-green or rolling deployment strategies

Security, Compliance & Risk Management

● Ensure compliance with enterprise/government data protection standards

● Conduct architecture risk assessment and mitigation planning

● Oversee vulnerability management and security hardening

● Implement secure coding and DevSecOps practices

● Support audit readiness and compliance documentation

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

● Provide architectural guidance to development teams

● Conduct technical reviews and design validation sessions

● Support Project Manager in effort estimation and technical planning

● Mentor senior developers and technical leads

● Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements

Experience Required

● 8–10 years of overall IT industry experience

● Minimum 3–5 years in a Solution Architecture / Technical Architect role

● Strong hands-on coding background in full-stack technologies

● Experience designing high-availability and scalable systems

● Experience in enterprise or government digital transformation projects preferred

● Experience with cloud-native and distributed systems

Education

● Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science / IT preferred)

● Master’s Degree (Preferred)

● Cloud Certifications (AWS / Azure – Preferred)

● TOGAF / Architecture Certification (Preferred)
