Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online sales operations across multiple platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing product listings, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C website
Optimize product listings (titles, keywords, images, A+ content) to improve visibility and conversions
Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts
Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability
Handle pricing strategy, competitor analysis, and margin optimization
Manage marketplace accounts, including compliance, ratings, and seller health
Oversee digital marketing activities (PPC ads, SEO, social media campaigns)
Work closely with design and content teams for creatives and product pages
Track customer feedback, reviews, and returns to improve product performance
Prepare regular reports on sales, ROI, and performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
Strong knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub
Experience in handling PPC campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google Ads)
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Understanding of SEO, product ranking, and digital marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Experience in managing private label or branded products
Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
