Responsibilities
• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth working of all the equipment that requires attention.
• Conducting field visits, offering technical support, and troubleshooting on-site issues.
• Completing the allotted calls on time and ensuring the complaint is resolved and closed.
• Coordinating with the departments like Purchase, helpdesk for smooth operation.
• Estimating costs, for new products and projects.
• Conducting equipment testing, maintenance, installation.
• Drafting and submitting reports to superiors and other key individuals.
