Data Analyst / Business Analyst Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Seller Account Handler to manage our Amazon seller account from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, managing inventory, processing orders, monitoring account health, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing and Optimization:

Create and upload new product listings with accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.

Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search rankings and visibility.

Ensure that product information complies with Amazon guidelines and policies.

2. Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels and update inventory to prevent stockouts and overselling.

Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock on time.

Manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) settings effectively.

3. Order Management:

Process and track customer orders to ensure timely delivery.

Handle order cancellations, returns, and refunds according to company and Amazon policies.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage order fulfillment.

4. Account Health Monitoring:

Monitor account health metrics such as order defect rate, late shipment rate, and customer satisfaction score.

Address any policy violations or negative feedback to maintain account health.

5. Customer Interaction and Feedback:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Encourage customer feedback and reviews to enhance product credibility.

Analyze customer feedback to improve product quality and service.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to analyze performance.

Identify trends and opportunities to improve sales and profitability.

Provide insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
