1️⃣ Retail Sales & Product Analysis
• Analyse sell-through rates, margins, product mix, category performance
• Identify bestsellers, slow movers, and seasonal trends
• Study store-wise and region-wise performance
• Recommend assortment optimization strategies
2️⃣ Customer & Client Analysis
• Perform RFM analysis (Recency, Frequency, Monetary value)
• Segment customers based on purchase behavior
• Analyse repeat purchase rates and lifetime value (LTV)
• Identify VIP / high-value clients
• Study cross-selling and bundling opportunities
3️⃣ AI-Driven Insights
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Power BI Copilot, etc.) to process large datasets
• Build predictive models (demand forecasting, churn prediction, etc.)
• Create dashboards and automated reporting systems
• Identify hidden patterns and business opportunities
4️⃣ Inventory & Buying Insights
• Recommend optimal stock levels
• Forecast demand
• Identify overstock and understock risks
• Suggest pricing or discount strategies
5️⃣ Strategic Reporting
• Present insights to leadership in clear visual dashboards
