Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, reporting, and administrative support tasks.

• Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.

• Assist with research and analysis of customer transactions and disputes.

Requirements

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates may apply.

• Strong English reading and writing skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and online tools.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

• Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/computer required.

• Previous experience in operations, customer support, data entry, fraud analysis, or chargeback processing is a plus but not mandatory.
