About the Role

BIT Bharuch is looking for a skilled and passionate Data Analytics Trainer to train students and working professionals in data analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical industry experience, and the ability to explain complex concepts through hands-on training and real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical training in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.

• Teach tools and technologies such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Python for Data Analytics.

• Develop course materials, presentations, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning activities.

• Guide students through real-world datasets, case studies, dashboards, and portfolio projects.

• Train students in data cleaning, data visualization, statistical analysis, and business reporting.

• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical projects.

• Mentor students on resume preparation, interview skills, and job-readiness.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, analytics tools, and market requirements.

• Maintain student progress reports and contribute to placement-oriented training activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong practical knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Power BI or Tableau.

• Working knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib is preferred.

• Understanding of data cleaning, exploratory data analysis (EDA), data visualization, and reporting.

• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, structured, and student-friendly manner.

• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

• Practical project experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence is an advantage.

Experience

• Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or technical training.

• Freshers with strong technical skills, project experience, and excellent teaching aptitude may also apply.
