We are looking for motivated professionals from a data background who can manage the complete data lifecycle—from on-ground raw data collection to insightful Power BI dashboards—for an educational institution.Role OverviewThe primary responsibility of this role is to design, execute, and manage end-to-end data solutions. This includes collecting raw data through field activities such as leaflet and pamphlet distribution, structuring and cleaning the data, and transforming it into actionable insights using Power BI.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute raw data collection through on-ground activities (leaflet and pamphlet distribution).Design data collection formats and ensure data accuracy and completeness.Compile, clean, validate, and structure collected data for analysis.Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines suitable for reporting and analytics.Develop interactive Power BI dashboards for management and institutional decision-making.Generate insights and reports related to outreach, admissions, and campaign effectiveness.Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to understand reporting requirements.Ensure data consistency, documentation, and basic governance practices.Required Skills & QualificationsEducational background in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong understanding of data collection methodologies, including field-based data gathering.Hands-on experience with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation).Working knowledge of Excel, CSV data handling, and basic databases.Ability to manage projects independently from raw data to final dashboard delivery.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in the education sector or field data collection projects.Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.Experience in campaign or outreach data analysis.What We OfferOpportunity to work on complete end-to-end data solutions.High ownership and visibility of work with decision-makers.Practical exposure to real-world data collection and analytics challenges.Growth opportunities within a data-driven educational environment.
