Description: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person who will handle data management and daily operational entries. The candidate will support the business by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and creating summaries as required by management.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain datasheets as per company requirements
Make daily data entries and keep records updated
Handle basic bookkeeping records and data tracking
Read and understand English business data and instructions
Prepare weekly and monthly reports as instructed
Create graphs, summaries, and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets
Consolidate data from different sources into a single output/report
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting of all data
Follow instructions carefully and meet reporting deadlines
Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to read, understand, and work with English business data
Good understanding of numbers and basic data analysis
Experience in creating charts, graphs, and summary dashboards
Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in daily work
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and record maintenance
Preferred Qualities: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
