Job Description

Key Responsibilities – Cyber Security

Monitor networks, systems, and applications for security threats.

Identify, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.

Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

Implement and maintain firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

Analyze security logs and investigate suspicious activities.

Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.

Conduct risk assessments and recommend security improvements.

Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).

Manage user access controls and identity management.

Apply security patches and perform regular system updates.

Protect sensitive data through encryption and secure access controls.

Perform security audits and prepare compliance reports.

Create incident response and disaster recovery plans.

Conduct employee cybersecurity awareness and training sessions.

Stay updated with the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies.
