Job Title: CRM Executive (Customer Relationship Management)

Location: VIP Road, Raipur

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive for a Tours & Travel company. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth travel booking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings
Coordinate with operations and vendors for travel arrangements
Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Share travel packages, offers, and updates with clients

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Experience in Tours & Travel / Hospitality industry is a plus
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
Sales and customer handling skills
