We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead HR and talent transformation initiatives for clients. The role focuses on designing and implementing people strategies, organizational development programs, and talent solutions that drive business performance.
Lead HR and talent consulting engagements from diagnostic through implementation
Design and implement workforce strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives
Conduct organizational assessments, job architecture, and competency framework development
Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews with senior HR and business leaders
Develop HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Mentor junior consultants and review work quality
Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and client presentations
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5–8+ years of experience in HR consulting or corporate HR
Strong understanding of talent lifecycle (attraction, development, retention)
Experience in organizational design and change management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
