Job Title - CRM & Lead Management Executive
Role Purpose - To engage with existing and prospective customers, ensure timely follow-ups, nurture relationships, and support lead generation to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement
	•	Connect regularly with existing customers via calls, WhatsApp, email
	•	Build and maintain strong relationships
	•	Take feedback and improve customer experience
2. Lead Management
	•	Handle incoming leads (calls, website, referrals, LinkedIn)
	•	Maintain and update lead database (Excel/CRM)
	•	Qualify leads and track status (hot/warm/cold)
3. Follow-ups
	•	Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects
	•	Schedule meetings or calls for you (or sales team)
	•	Convert interested prospects into meetings/opportunities
4. Lead Generation Support
	•	Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn/email
	•	Support campaigns (email/WhatsApp outreach)
	•	Identify new business opportunities
5. Coordination
	•	Coordinate between you and prospects
	•	Maintain communication logs and reports
	•	Share weekly updates on leads and conversions
Skills Required
	•	Strong communication (Hindi + English)
	•	Good follow-up discipline (very important)
	•	Basic understanding of sales funnel
	•	Comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, LinkedIn
	•	Organized and proactive
Preferred Background
	•	1–3 years in customer service sales support
	•	BBA / Btech / with effective communication skills
Hands on experience in using technology
