Key Responsibilities:
Cash & POS Operations: Process customer purchases (scanning, payments), generate invoices, handle cash/cards, manage POS systems, and settle transactions.
Data Entry & Inventory: Input billing details, update records, manage stock, print barcodes, and handle basic inventory checks.
Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with queries, provide product info, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Financial & Reporting: Manage petty cash, process credit notes, tally daily cash/coins, and submit reports/vouchers to management.
Administrative Tasks: Handle customer calls, maintain organized records, and support general store operations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with POS software, MS Office (Excel, Word), data entry, and basic system troubleshooting.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in billing, pricing, and record-keeping.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal skills for customer interaction.
Math Skills: Basic arithmetic for cash handling.
