Job Summary
WHY TAP is seeking a dynamic and passionate Communication Trainer to enhance students’ communication, soft skills, and interview readiness within an IT training institute environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be capable of training students in spoken English, personality development, corporate communication, and placement preparation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct communication and soft skills training sessions for students.
Train students in spoken English, business communication, and corporate etiquette.
Deliver sessions on presentation skills, public speaking, group discussions, and HR interview preparation.
Conduct mock interviews and placement readiness programs.
Improve students’ confidence, vocabulary, fluency, and interpersonal skills.
Prepare training materials, assignments, activities, and assessments.
Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with placement and technical teams to support student career development.
Maintain student progress reports and training documentation.
Create an engaging and interactive learning environment.

Educational Qualification
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
