Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic fresher / Experienced to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Inside Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills to connect with potential customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing).

Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms.

Monitor and report on digital campaign performance.

Inside Sales Coordination

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails.

• Respond to customer inquiries and share product/service information.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.

• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth order processing.

• Maintain CRM records and update customer databases.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (social media, ads).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

• Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Eligibility

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).

Experience: Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
