The Role

We are looking for sharp, articulate graduates to join our team as Operations Associates. This isn't just a back-end role you will be the face of our company to our US-based clients. You will blend technical data precision (Annotation) with high-level communication to ensure our customers receive world-class service.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Communicate directly with US-based customers to understand requirements and provide project updates.

• Data Annotation: Accurately label, tag, and annotate data (text, image, or video) based on specific project guidelines to train AI models.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of accuracy in all deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations.

• Reporting: Maintain logs and reports of daily progress using internal tools.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: A completed Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

• English Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You must be comfortable speaking with US clients and navigating cultural nuances.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic data tools. Prior knowledge or interest in Data Annotation/Labelling is a huge plus.

• Precision: An eye for detail—you’re the type of person who catches a typo or a misaligned pixel instantly.

• Coach-ability: You take feedback well and can adapt to changing project requirements.

The Selection Process

1. Internal Video Interview.

2. Final Step: A virtual interview with our US-based Customer. (Clearing this is mandatory for the offer).
