About the Company:A product-based technology startup building a high-scale digital platform focused on real-time user interaction, secure data handling, and advanced analytics. Job Summary & Responsibilities :The company is looking for a backend-strong full stack developer who can also take up project management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:-Lead and manage end-to-end product development cycles. -Architect and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices. -Prepare project plans, technical breakdowns, and sprint schedules. -Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor developers. -Optimize database performance, server load, and API response times. -Maintain documentation for architecture, workflows, and deployments. -Technical Skills RequiredBackend (Primary Requirement)-Expertise in Node.js, Python, Java, or Go. -Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and real-time communication. -Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Redis, and data modeling. -Knowledge of scalability, concurrency, caching, and performance optimization. -Added advantage: Event-driven architecture and WebSockets. Full Stack, Cloud & DevOps :-Working knowledge of React, Vue, or Angular for integration tasks. -Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, CI/CD, and Git. -Familiarity with basic infrastructure setup, monitoring, and deployments. -Project Management SkillsStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. -Capability to plan sprints, create timelines, and track progress. -Leadership mindset with team coordination experience.
