We are a rapidly growing NBFC focused on building a secure, scalable, and technology-driven financial services platform. Our technology team plays a critical role in developing robust backend systems, secure API integrations, and seamless banking connectivity to support our financial operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the NBFC or Banking domain. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in API development and third-party API integration, especially related to financial services such as payment gateways, KYC systems, loan management systems, and banking platforms.

The candidate should be capable of building scalable backend architecture, ensuring system security, and maintaining high performance in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend applications and services.

• Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs.

• Integrate third-party APIs (Banking APIs, Payment Gateways, KYC, Credit Bureau, Account Aggregator, etc.).

• Work on database architecture, optimization, and data management.

• Ensure data security, encryption, and compliance with financial standards.

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.

• Maintain technical documentation and API documentation.

• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• B.Sc (Computer Science / IT)

• BCA

• MCA / M.Tech

Required Technical Skills

• Minimum 2 years of backend development experience.

• Mandatory experience in NBFC or Banking domain.

• Strong hands-on experience in API development and API integration (Must).

• Proficiency in at least one backend technology:

  • Node.js

  • Java (Spring Boot preferred)

  • Python (Django/Flask)

  • .NET Core

• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

• Strong understanding of REST architecture and microservices.

• Experience in payment gateway integration and financial APIs.

• Knowledge of security standards, encryption, SSL, token-based authentication.

• Understanding of version control tools (Git).

• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred.
