We are looking for a Application Support- L2 level to join our team at at Turbonet Systems Private Limited, contributing to software, data, or IT system development and support. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
CTC: 3 to 4.5 lac/annum
Working on providing end-to-end technical support for Applications. The role involves resolving application configurations, proactively identifying failures and errors in various services and investigating them within defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of SQL (Familiarity with any database technology is a plus)
Responding to incidents and customer tickets in a timely manner
Responding to alerts, with triaging, investigating and resolving resolution of issues
Take ownership of the Support Tickets and customer communication to be done by L2
Clear logical thinking and communication, and ability to keep calm in high-pressure situations
An ability to "understand" data and analyse logs to help investigate production issues and incidents
Ability to create / read dashboards (Familiarity with any visualization tool)
Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
Troubleshoot issues and participate in on-call support, ensuring stability and performance of the production environment.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2- 4 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of SQL and modern tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
