Role Overview
We are a product-based company operating in the vehicle rental domain.
Our customers use our application for their day-to-day vehicle rental operations. During their usage, they may raise tickets related to:
• Application issues and incidents
• Product-related queries and Q&A
• Change requests and enhancements
• Functional support and troubleshooting
Criteria
We are currently hiring Application Support Engineer with the following mandatory skills:
A candidate with effective communication and analytical skills, should have relevant experience in ERP Application support, should have demonstrated ability to understand user requirements/issue and provide timely resolution, should be self-initiative and must have ability to work independently. A candidate with positive attitude will be preferred.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
 Understand the issue raised by customer while using the application
 Timely resolution of the assigned ticket and update the note in the ticket
 Ability to perform the tasks independently.
 Results and Detail-Oriented with the Ability to Manage and Execute Multiple Tasks.
 Attend meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose CarPro ERP Application problems
 Participation in the meetings (Internal/External)
 Effective communication using all official communication channels
 Providing application training to user.
 Creation and distribution of knowledge and information with other team members and the company
 Creation of knowledge base document
Qualifications and Technical Skills
 BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BCS /MCS.
No education gaps.
 Strong understanding of MS-SQL and Oracle should be able to write/understand complex queries, procedures and triggers.
 Basic knowledge/understanding of HTML, CSS, Java Script, XML
 Having knowledge of JIRA ticketing tool is preferred.
 Practical experience of using MS-SQL Server and IIS configuration
 Good Communication and Interpersonal and Analytical Skills.
Note: This position is suitable for the business application support and it is not related to installation and maintenance of application. Example: SAP, ORACLE FINANCE, MS DYNAMICS are ERP
