We are looking for an AI Automation Executive to join our team and contribute to the development of practical AI-powered workflows, internal systems and business process automation.
The role involves understanding existing manual processes, identifying automation opportunities and building reliable systems that improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability across different business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Build, test and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier or similar platforms
Develop AI-powered systems for research, data processing, lead management, reporting and internal operations
Connect different software platforms using APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations
Build workflows using AI models and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and other relevant platforms
Automate repetitive processes related to CRM management, data enrichment, outreach operations and reporting
Design AI agents and automated systems for practical business use cases
Structure, clean, process and transfer data between different platforms
Work with tools such as Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Clay and Apollo
Understand business requirements and convert them into clear automation workflows
Test automation systems thoroughly and identify errors, failed steps or data inconsistencies
Troubleshoot technical issues and improve workflow reliability, speed and accuracy
Monitor existing automations and make improvements based on actual performance
Maintain proper documentation for every workflow, integration and automation system
Create SOPs, workflow diagrams and Loom walkthroughs explaining how each system works
Research new AI and automation tools and assess their practical applications
Collaborate with different team members to understand operational challenges and develop scalable solutions
Follow appropriate data-security, testing and documentation standards while building automation systems
Skills and Working Approach
The person should have practical knowledge of AI automation tools, workflow logic, APIs, webhooks and data management systems.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and attention to detail are important for this role. The person should be comfortable understanding unfamiliar tools, testing different solutions and independently resolving workflow-related issues.
The role requires someone who can take ownership of assigned automation projects, communicate progress clearly and build systems that are practical, reliable and easy for the wider team to use.
