Role Overview:
The Admission Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admissions process and helping them choose the right coding program based on their goals and aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for prospective students, providing detailed information about coding programs, admission criteria, curriculum structure, and career opportunities.
Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to explain program benefits and address student and parent queries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through effective communication, counseling, and personalized guidance.
Review and evaluate admission applications, academic records, and supporting documents to assess student eligibility.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ interest, motivation, and potential for success in coding and IT careers.
Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to plan and execute student enrollment strategies.
Participate in seminars, college visits, career fairs, and promotional events to represent the institute and attract prospective students.
Maintain accurate admission records and follow up with leads to ensure smooth enrollment.
Stay updated with current IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the coding education ecosystem to provide relevant guidance.
