Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Support Executive to independently handle software-related issues, assist clients through troubleshooting, and ensure timely resolution of technical queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve software and system issues
Guide clients via phone, email, or chat to fix problems
Log, track, and follow up on support tickets
Escalate complex cases to internal teams
Document technical procedures and prepare reports
Maintain positive client relationships
Requirements:
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience with helpdesk and remote support tools
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Quick learner with sound decision-making ability
