Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Technical Support Executive to independently manage and resolve software-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction through prompt and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot software and system issues via phone, email, or chat
Escalate unresolved queries to internal teams
Log, track, and resolve tickets within SLA
Maintain documentation and prepare reports
Ensure smooth client follow-up and support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in BCA, BSc-IT, BA, or related field
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with helpdesk tools and remote support
Ability to multitask, stay patient, and work under pressure
