Job description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist employees in resolving IT-related queries in a timely manner.
Set up and maintain computer systems, printers, and other office equipment.
2. System & Network Maintenance
Assist in the installation, configuration, and monitoring of network devices.
Support daily system operations, including user account management and data backups.
Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or potential issues.
3. Software Management
Help install, update, and troubleshoot business software and operating systems.
Ensure proper software licensing and compliance under supervision.
Support implementation of IT projects and software rollouts.
4. IT Security & Compliance
Follow company IT security policies and assist in maintaining data protection measures.
Help in antivirus updates, patch management, and user access control.
Report any suspicious activity or security incidents promptly.
