Job Title: Executive – Merchant Trainer & Technical Support

Location: Faridkot and surrounding locations
Reporting To: Team Lead
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s Degree with 1–3 years’ experience.
Comfortable with fieldwork and rotational shifts/week-offs.
Good written & verbal communication in English and local language.
Must have 2-wheeler & laptop.
Prior experience in help desk, tech/non-tech support, or software support.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit restaurant partners for POS software installation & training.
Provide service & technical support during field visits.
Diagnose & troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
Guide clients via phone, email, chat, or in person to resolve technical queries.
Maintain proper issue logs & build strong client relationships.
Skills Required:
POS software installation & customer training.
Troubleshooting (Windows/Linux/Mac, networking basics, remote desktop apps).
Customer service focus with problem-solving ability.
Hands-on experience with hardware/software support.
Certification in Microsoft/Linux/Cisco (preferred).
