Job Title: Caretaker

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Caretaker to manage the day-to-day upkeep of the property and assist guests when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take care of the overall property and its maintenance.

  • Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of rooms and common areas.

  • Assist guests with basic requirements and queries.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance staff, and vendors.

  • Report any maintenance or property-related issues.

  • Maintain basic inventory and property records.

  • Ensure the property is safe, secure, and well-maintained.

  • Provide daily updates to the property manager/owner.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills

  • Responsible and trustworthy

  • Basic problem-solving skills

  • Guest handling skills

  • Ability to coordinate with staff and vendors

  • Basic knowledge of property maintenance

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Industry: Hotel / Hospitality / Property Management
