We are looking for a Horticulture Supervisor to manage and supervise our Maali team and ensure timely service delivery at customer locations. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22000 - ₹28000.
Supervise daily work of Maalis at assigned sites.
Ensure plant care services are delivered on time and as per company standards.
Monitor plant health and guide team on proper watering, pruning, and maintenance.
Handle basic customer coordination if required.
Report service updates and issues to management.
10th pass or above.
2–6+ years experience in gardening or supervision.
Basic knowledge of plant care.
Leadership skills and ability to manage field staff.
Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
