Executive – Operations

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple client sites independently

Handle and supervise blue-collar manpower deployment and attendance

Coordinate with clients for operational requirements and issue resolution

Ensure smooth delivery of facility management/services operations

Monitor workforce productivity, discipline, and compliance

Prepare operational reports and maintain site documentation

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations

Conduct regular site visits and ensure service quality standards

Candidate Requirements

Experience in the Facilities Management / Services Industry is mandatory

Strong experience in handling blue-collar workforce

Ability to independently manage multiple sites

Good coordination and team management skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in basic reporting and operational documentation

Preferred Profile

2–5 years of relevant operations experience

Immediate joiners preferred

Candidate should be comfortable with field operations and travel within Gurgaon/NCR.
