Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Skilled Technician (MST) to handle day-to-day maintenance and repair activities. The candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and civil works
Handle breakdowns and troubleshoot issues promptly
Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, DG sets, and other equipment
Ensure proper functioning of lighting, wiring, switches, and fixtures
Carry out minor carpentry, painting, and repair tasks
Maintain records of maintenance activities and report daily work status
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
Coordinate with supervisors and vendors for major repairs
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
Ability to read basic electrical drawings/diagrams
Knowledge of safety procedures and electrical standards
ITI/Diploma in Electrician or related field preferred
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts may be required
Work may involve physical activity and on-site duties
