The Office Cleaning Maid is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in the office premises. The role ensures a clean and pleasant work environment for employees and visitors.
Clean and sanitize office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, corridors, and restrooms.
Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment regularly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as required.
Empty and clean trash bins and replace liners daily.
Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors.
Replenish consumable supplies (toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer, etc.).
Ensure proper storage and care of cleaning equipment and materials.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Support in preparing meeting rooms before and after use.
Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper (preferably in office or commercial settings).
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety procedures.
Physical stamina and the ability to work independently.
Attention to detail and reliability.
Good time management skills.
Ability to follow instructions and company policies.
No formal education required; high school diploma preferred.
