FEPL Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a sincere, hardworking, and responsible Housekeeping Assistant to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping standards at our office premises.

The candidate should be physically fit, punctual, disciplined, and capable of maintaining a clean and professional working environment.

🕘 Reporting Time: 08:55 AM

🕘 Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

📝 Daily Work Report Submission: 06:15 PM

🚶 Departure Time: 06:30 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

🧹 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Housekeeping

✅ Sweeping and mopping office floors

✅ Dusting office furniture, tables, chairs, cabinets, computers, and equipment

✅ Cleaning glass partitions, doors, and windows

✅ Maintaining cleanliness of reception and common areas

✅ Daily cleaning of workstations and meeting areas

✅ Ensuring dust-free office environment

🚻 Washroom & Restroom Maintenance

✅ Daily cleaning and sanitization of washrooms and toilets

✅ Cleaning wash basins, mirrors, taps, and fixtures

✅ Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the day

✅ Refilling handwash, tissue papers, and cleaning supplies

✅ Ensuring proper odor control and sanitation

✅ Reporting any plumbing or maintenance issues immediately

☕ Pantry & Utility Area Maintenance

✅ Cleaning pantry area and utility spaces

✅ Maintaining cleanliness of drinking water area

✅ Cleaning sinks and pantry counters

✅ Ensuring proper disposal of waste

✅ Maintaining cleanliness of pantry appliances

🗑 Waste Management

✅ Collection and disposal of office waste

✅ Segregation of dry and wet waste as instructed

✅ Emptying dustbins regularly

✅ Maintaining cleanliness around waste collection points

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

🏢 General Support Activities

✅ Assisting in office setup for meetings when required

✅ Maintaining housekeeping materials and cleaning supplies

✅ Informing administration regarding shortages of consumables

✅ Supporting management in general housekeeping-related tasks

✅ Maintaining overall cleanliness and hygiene of office premises

🎓 ELIGIBILITY

✔ Minimum Education: 8th Pass / 10th Pass Preferred

✔ Prior Housekeeping Experience Preferred

✔ Freshers May Also Apply

✔ Male or Female Candidates Welcome
