We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹21000.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise school transport operations including buses and drivers.
Ensure timely arrival and departure of all school vehicles.
Maintain transport records, routes, and schedules.
Handle parent queries and complaints related to transport.
Ensure all safety norms and transport rules are followed.
Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of school premises.
Coordinate repairs, electrical, plumbing, and civil work.
Conduct regular inspections of classrooms, washrooms, and common areas.
Ensure proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies.
Coordinate with external vendors when required.
Supervise security guards and their duty schedules.
Ensure proper entry/exit procedures for visitors and staff.
Monitor CCTV systems and security protocols.
Handle emergency situations and ensure safety procedures are followed.
Maintain discipline and ensure a safe school environment.ntenance issues, or safety hazards to the concerned department.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 6 years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
