Minimum of 3 years of experience as field officer.
• Strong leadership to manage a team and work collaboratively with other
departments
• Ability to work independently as well as with team and self-motivated
individual
• Manpower handling, Leading field team & encouraging them to work up to
the mark.
• Responsible for training, replacement of the staff and issuing of uniforms to
employee.
• Responsible for deploying groomed personnels on site.
• Ensuring full deployment at all given sites.
• Responsible for arranging resources as relievers if permanent staffs are on
leave.
• Brief employee about their roles and responsibilities.
• To ensure all cleaning SOPs are maintained as per company standards.
• Meeting client on frequent intervals, Establish and maintain cordial
relationship with the Client, submitting monthly invoice and support in
collection of payment.
• All resources deployed should have basic housekeeping knowledge like
dusting, mopping etc.
Clauses
• Deductions can take place in case of shortage in manpower above 10% in
overall attendance at any given sites.
• Deductions shall also be levied if any particular resources at site is not found
in proper grooming without any prior information from field officer while a visit
is carried out by the QA, OM or others from back office.
• Client feedback checklist shall be signed on monthly basis by the client SPOC
