Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Mana Projects Pvt. Ltd to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000.

Staff Supervision & Training

• Work Allocation: Assign daily duties and areas of responsibility to the housekeeping team.

• Onboarding: Train new joiners on cleaning techniques, machine operation, and chemical safety protocols.

• Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections of all zones to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.

2. Operational Management

• Roster Management: Create and manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all areas.

• Inventory Control: Monitor the consumption of cleaning materials and equipment. Prepare monthly requisitions to prevent stock-outs.

• Audit & Compliance: Maintain daily/weekly cleaning checklists and logs for audit purposes.

3. Quality & Safety

• Safety Standards: Ensure staff use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety guidelines to prevent workplace injuries.

• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors for specialized services like pest control, facade cleaning, or deep carpet shampooing.

• Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve grievances or feedback regarding cleanliness from employees or residents promptly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 3 to 4 years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
