Housekeeping Supervisor

A Field Housekeeping Recruiter specializes in sourcing, screening, and hiring cleaning staff (housekeepers, cleaners) directly from local areas, labor chowks, and job fairs to fill site-specific vacancies. They conduct on-the-spot interviews, verify candidate documents, and ensure swift deployment to client sites. 

Key Responsibilities

• Field Sourcing: Actively scout for housekeeping talent in local communities, , and through networking, ensuring a steady pipeline of staff.

• On-Site Recruitment: Coordinate walk-in interviews, manage site-based hiring drives, and conduct initial screenings for eligibility and willingness to work.

• Document Verification: Collect and verify mandatory documents (Aadhaar, ID proof, address proof, bank details) for compliance.

• Onboarding & Deployment: Ensure selected candidates are deployed to client sites on time, assisting with initial joining formalities.

• Attrition Management: Handle replacement hiring immediately to minimize downtime at client sites.

• Reporting: Maintain daily recruitment reports and coordinate with site supervisors and  understand manpower needs. 

Key Requirements

•   Experience in bulk hiring or field recruitment, particularly for housekeeping or facility management staff.

• Strong local network and understanding of the local job market.

• Good communication skills to engage with blue-collar workers.

• Ability to travel frequently to different job sites and sourcing locations.

• Valid driver's license and personal transport are often required for field work. 

• This role requires a proactive, on-the-ground approach to meet urgent staffing needs in hotels, hospitals, and corporate facilities.
