Job Roles & Responsibilities –Housekeeping
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
• Clean play areas, activity zones, common areas, washrooms, and staff areas.
• Regularly clean floors, windows, furniture, doors, and other surfaces.
• Ensure washrooms are clean, dry, and properly stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collect and dispose of waste properly in designated areas.
• Ensure the play area and surrounding areas are clean before and after events.
• Regularly check and maintain cleanliness during busy hours.
• Support the team in maintaining hygiene during birthday parties and special events.
• Refill cleaning and hygiene supplies whenever required.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hygiene concerns to the Floor Manager or
management.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines while using cleaning materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen/café support areas as assigned.
• Assist with cleaning after parties, food service, and other activities.
• Ensure the overall facility is clean, hygienic, and presentable for customers at all times.
