Job Summary
DFG Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness standards, and manage housekeeping staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
Manage housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Ensure all areas are maintained according to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping tools and machines.
Address complaints or requests related to housekeeping services.
Prepare duty rosters and maintain attendance records.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in housekeeping supervision.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in facilities management, hospitality, hospitals, malls, or corporate buildings.
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and scheduling.
